The Director
Jenny Samuelson-Jangula, is founder and owner of Let's Dance Studio and director of The Dance Company of North Dakota.
Jenny has 28 years of Dance Experience and a track record of successfully delivering dance productions. She has an extensive background in jazz, lyrical, ballet, and was a principal dancer for the Dakota Dance Repertory. Among her instructors are Jean Thompson Perry, Rinat Mouzafarov, Cris Judd, and Rebecca Wright. Jenny has choreographed 14 years of musicals and productions for the community and is known for her sell-out performances. "The Lion King," "Peter Pan", "Rudolph" and "A Christmas Carol-The Dance," to name a few. Her Dance Team dancers have performed all over the state and beyond including Medora Musical, Mall of America, Governor's Inaugural Ball, Timberwolves Half Time, Prairie Rose Opening Ceremony, NDSU Half Time and High School State Basketball and Football Halftime.
She was featured in the Dance Spirit Magazine as one of the top "Up and Coming Studios for 2003" and was interviewed in the 2004 and 2005 Dance Teacher Magazine for her productions and success as a studio owner. Jenny was honored by the Dakota Dance Challenge with an "Outstanding Service to the Education of Her Students Award" in 1999. She received a Judge's Choice Award for "Most Inspirational Choreography" at the Spotlight Nationals in San Diego, California 2001. Jenny has received the Choreography Award every year since 1993. Jenny is responsible for the two National Championships won by her senior dance company, the Dance Company of ND in San Diego 2001 and Branson, MI 2003. Her student also was the Petite National Winner for 2003 in Branson, MI. Jenny is also a judge for the national dance competition "Spotlight Dance Cup." She has been commended on her work by dancers from the Joffrey Ballet and jazz legend Luigi, himself.
Jenny is married to Jeffrey Jangula and they have three children; Bailey Jangula,
Kaden Patrick and Christian Joseph. |

Jazz Instructor
DeVonna Snow, Bismarck, began student teaching at LaDonna’s
School of Dance in Glendive, Montana in 1984 and took over the Jazz program in
1986. She
returned to teach in Glendive after attending NDSU where she was a member of
the Gold Star Danceline and Orchesis Dance Company and MSU Billings where she
was a cheerleader. DeVonna also directed and taught at a studio in Laurel. DeVonna
have been a member of the Montana Dance Arts Association and has attended numerous
workshops with notable instructors to keep on top of dance training and technique. Their
instruction develops the total dancer. She taught Introduction to Dance, Hip
Hop and Jazz in Glendive. |

Jazz and Company Instructor
Magen Dinga, Bismarck, is a former dancer at the Lets Dance
Studio. She has been dancing for the past 11 years, and teaching for the
past 4 years. She was part of the 2001 and 2003 Sr. Company who brought home
two national titles.As a senior,last year,she placed 4th overall with her
solo at the spotlight dance competition. She has performed in all of the
Lets Dance productions since "A Christmas Carol 1999". She has
trained with several professionals, and has taken part in many workshops. |

Sarah Hatzenbuhler,
Bismarck, Sarah Hatzenbuhler
has been dancing since the age of five under Jenny Samuelson-Jangula. Throughout
her years of training, she studied under world-renowned dancers and teachers,
including the jazz legend Luigi, members of the Joffrey Ballet, and Mia Michaels,
the choreographer of Celine Dion’s Las Vegas show, "A New Day." Sarah
has performed at various events and locations, including the Medora Musical,
the Governor’s Ball, halftime of an NBA basketball game, and the Mall
of America. Sarah was a member of the two-time national championship dance
team, the Senior Dance Company of North Dakota, for seven years. She earned
first place overall high score in the senior division solos at Spotlight Dance
Cup 2006. Sarah recently traveled to Las Vegas for the Spotlight Dance Cup
National Finals, where she received a judge’s choice award for her
solo. Sarah began instructing at the age of fourteen, and she has since coached
both the Dazzlers and Dancesationals dance teams to first place victories at
Spotlight Dance Cup. Sarah will be attending University of Mary on a scholarship
this year and is advising Dance-sationals Dance Team. |

Maren Ronningen,
Bismarck, Maren has been dancing
with Let's Dance for 14 years. She is trained in in jazz, ballet, lyrical,
modern, and pointe and has trained with Luigi and the Joffery Ballet. Maren
danced principal roles in Sleeping Beauty, Christmas Carol, The Lion King,
Once Apon A World, Christmas Angel, and Swan Lake. She has been a member
of the award winning dance teams for 12 years and was apart of the Senior
Company teams who became national champions in both 2001 and 2003 at Spotlight
National Dance Competition in San Diego and Branson. After high school, she
continued to dance as a member of the North Dakota Ballet Company in Grand
Forks in 2005 and 2006 as she attended school at NDSU. Maren has four years
teaching experience and will be teaching pre-dance. |

Other Instructors: Pre-Dance
Classes and 6-9 Classes are also taught by experienced dancers from our
award winning Dance Company of North Dakota. These instructors have been
trained to teach ages 3-12 in jazz, ballet, tumbling and tap and have
been teaching our program the past three years. |
